Building Assets in Every Youth- Community Certificate Program

for employees

Your organization, in partnership with the Council for Youth Development (CYD) of Bartholomew County, trains all new employees in essential social-emotional well-being principles and best practices.

As part of your onboarding process, year-round employees will complete one online video session on the Search Institute’s Developmental Assets (DA) and Developmental Relationships (DR) frameworks. After completing the training video and handout, fill out the Feedback Form for the Building Assets in Every Youth Video in order to receive your certificate. You will then meet with your supervisor to discuss how to implement the training in your organization. Thank you in advance for your participation!
