Youth Mental Health First Aid FOR ADULTS
Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches adults how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among children and youth. You’ll build the skills and confidence you need to reach out and provide initial support to young people who are struggling. You’ll also learn how to help connect them to appropriate support. Plus, you’ll receive a 3-year Mental Health First Aider Certification.

Are you concerned about the challenges facing your child and other young people today? Join us for Operation Parent, a series of 5 sessions equipping caregivers with the tools they need to provide support for their middle-high school aged-students. Each session is offered at no cost and features a communal dinner, expert content presenters, door prizes, and more.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS TRAINING WILL BE CONDUCTED IN TWO HALF-DAY SESSIONS HELD TUESDAY, JUNE 25TH, AND WEDNESDAY, JUNE 26TH, FROM 9 AM - 12 PM EACH DAY. BOTH SESSIONS MUST BE ATTENDED.
