While this course is valued at $170, this particular session is being offered at NO COST, thanks to a Center for Congregations Grant, and the church will be generously providing lunch for all participants.
This program does require an approximately 2-hour, self-paced, interactive online course to be completed PRIOR to the in-person, instructor-led training. All information and a link to the online course will be emailed at least two weeks prior to the course or within three days of registration.
In addition to a 3-year Mental Health First-Aider Certification, participants will receive all documentation needed to apply for 8 professional credit hours, and this training has been approved as 8 face-to-face training hours for Foster Parents licensed through the State of Indiana.
