A day of engaging activities designed to build leadership skills, inspire action, and create a welcoming community for you and your friends. 2024’s Youth Empowerment Summit brought together nearly 100 Bartholomew County students.
Shine on postcards
Shine On is our annual campaign launched in 2017 to celebrate United Nations International Youth Day. Each year student artists submit designs interpreting the theme “Shine On,” and four are selected for the printed postcards. To date, over 35,000 Shine On postcards have been distributed across the community thanks to our coalition partners and the public.
spark spirit week
The purpose of Spark Spirit Week is to encourage Bartholomew County youth to explore their interests and start discovering their sparks.
MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID TRAINING FOR TEENS
Teen Mental Health First Aid (tMHFA) teaches teens in grades 9-12, or ages 14-18, how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among their friends and peers.
